8. Returns are absolutely FREE.

We refund the value of your goods. The original delivery charge is non-refundable. Please ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and again, speak to our team for further details. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and these result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. Mattresses cannot be returned if they are removed from their original packaging. Flat pack items cannot be returned if they have been assembled.

For your security and protection refunds are given by the same method which the payment was made by.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Size and description of product

All sizes quoted are approximate. Size and product descriptions are given in good faith from our suppliers' information. Products are manufactured to perform within the appropriate industry measurement tolerances.

9. Faulty Goods

While we do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, if you should find any problem with your order, our team will be happy to resolve this for you. Please contact our customer services team on 0131 629 7661 to obtain a Returns Form to provide us with details of the issue and our team will be in touch within 48 hours of receipt to resolve this with you. You have 3 days from date of delivery in which to report any missing or damaged items and we ask you to follow up your initial contact in writing by way of an email to
Please do not attempt to fix any problem yourself without speaking to our team first. Unfortunately we are unable to accept goods back if any changes have been made, as this will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.

10. Variation in product specification

We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products in store and on our website, however, as we are using natural products colour tones, shades, grains and natural flaws on wood do vary. Leather products are made from quality hides and may not be uniform in colour or texture and will show natural marks and scars. These will vary from one piece to the next therefore we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the products, pictures or photographs that are shown. If you are concerned about an item's finish please call us on 0131 629 7661 and we may be able to send you a sample.

Due to the shortage of certain new raw materials, changes in legislation or safety requirements some products, supplied by Urbane furniture, may have minor technical alterations and could differ slightly in actual construction from the goods shown in sample or pattern form. Our suppliers state any changes that are made will result in a performance of an equally high or improved standard. The quality coding will remain the same and the quality guarantee will continue to apply

If you are ordering flat pack furniture we ask that you check all the components are in the package as per the instructions, before attempting to assemble the furniture.

If you start assembling the furniture before checking the components and decide that it is unsuitable, unfortunately we cannot accept the flat pack item back into stock assembled or part assembled.

We always try and replace parts of flat pack ranges if this is convenient.

11. Guarantee

All goods supplied are guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period of 12 months from date of delivery in respect of faulty workmanship or materials. Your statutory rights are unaffected
