· Incorrectly ordered items cannot be returned once delivered.
· Goods that have to be exchanged must be retained in exactly the same condition
as they were acquired. These goods must show no evidence of assembly and must be
in their original packaging. Customers must ensure that they open packaging in a
manner that can easily be put back together and that all items are checked before
assembling. Goods that show any sign of assembly cannot be returned. Items that are
returned incomplete will not be refunded and this includes fittings, knobs, etc.
Assembled
goods cannot be returned.
· Prior notice must be given for goods that are to be returned to us and ensure that all above conditions are met and also the original invoice must be made available.
· Where applicable spare parts will be posted to rectify problems.
· It is your responsibility to measure up accesses and the area that your piece of furniture is to fit, please double check all dimensions as Urbane furniture will not accept any returns should your item not be able to fit in the desired room or space.
· Urbane furniture will not be responsible for any losses incurred in the delivery of wrong or faulty goods. Any damage to the product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If there is going to be a delay in the ability to check the goods, this delay must be notified to our customer services team prior to delivery. Subsequent damage reported must be of a structural nature as part of a defect in manufacturing.
· Goods comprise of the furniture item along with all the included packaging.
· Packaging is expensive and substantial. All faulty items returned must include the packaging they were delivered. Items returned without packaging will be subject to a re-packaging fee. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and these result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
If, for any reason you are unhappy with you purchases which were ordered over the Internet only, you can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 days after the day of delivery.
This is not applicable for goods bought through the shop. Goods bought through the shop can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order only, after such time there is a cancellation fee of 20%.
We do require details of your wish to cancel in writing to our address and by email to help@urbanefurniture.com. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, but not any delivery charges. The cost of returning any items is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that with the exception of faulty merchandise, for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of certain items which have been opened (e.g. mattresses and pillows).
Please note that a refund will only take place after the goods have been returned, inspected by our returns department and deemed to be in a suitable condition and will then be refunded within 30 days of the return date. For furniture items that require uplift you will be required to pay an uplift charge. This charge may be higher than the original delivery charge as the initial delivery cost is subsidised by Urbane furniture. Your furniture return may also be subject to a returns charge if your items are bespoke, made-to-measure or have been specially ordered for you. Please note that there will be no charge for any return if the delivered goods are faulty or if the items do not match your order correctly. In these instances replacement products will be delivered free of charge as soon as the items are available. However delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors out with our control. Urbane furniture shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales.

At Urbane Furniture Limited Returns are absolutely FREE.
We refund the value of your goods. The original delivery charge is non-refundable. Please ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and again, speak to our team for further details. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and these result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. Mattresses cannot be returned if they are removed from their original packaging. Semi assembled items cannot be returned if they have been assembled.
For your security and protection refunds are generally given by the same method which the payment was made by.
