By using or accessing this website and/or placing any order(s), you agree to be legally
bound by these terms and conditions. All other terms and conditions, including those
that may be proposed in any order submitted by you, are expressly excluded and shall
have no effect.
Receipt by Urbane furniture of an order via our website does not constitute legal
acceptance of an order. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted by us only
once you have received written confirmation of our acceptance wither it be in store
or over the web. We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason we see
fit. All goods ordered must be paid for in full before we can confirm exact delivery
dates wether ordered in the shop, on the phone or over the internet.
These terms relate to sales over the Internet only. Separate terms and conditions
apply to purchases made directly from our stores.
Payment is made in full when ordered through our web site and can be done in a number
of ways, we have options for you to pay by Paypal, Google Wallet, Credit card (using
either of the former 2 methods) and by Cheque (post your cheque with the order form
you can print off from the brown bar below.
VAT All of our quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, however
adjustments will have to be made to comply with any change in rates or other legally
imposed changes in respect of VAT.
1.Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us (Urbane furniture Limited) you are making an offer
to buy goods. We will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order
if ordered over the phone or internet.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you
to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or there is a pricing
mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance
of your order and there will be no contract between us.
After your order has been completed we may contact you with a short customer survey.
We would be very grateful if you could complete it as it will help us to continue
to improve our customer service. Some sections of these surveys may be posted on
our website using your name and location (i.e initial, surname, county). If you would
prefer that your comments aren't used in this manner please let us know.
2. How to place an order
You can place an order via our Store, on our website www.urbanefurniture.com, by
contacting us on email@example.com, by telephone on 0131 629 7661 or by posting
in the online order form to the above address with a cheque or postal order.
Once you have placed an order you will be contacted via e-mail within 24hrs (or next
working day) with details of your order and further information. Normally full payment
is required although for in store orders a deposit is taken with balances due prior
to booking out deliveries.
